Each month you will receive a darling box filled with all the materials and threads you need to make one Girl’s Life Block. Each block is 12″ by 12″. In the final month you will receive all of the border and binding fabrics to complete your Girl’s Life Quilt.

You will love being able to open your box and begin stitching right away. No tracing of the hand embroidery design is required and you won’t have to worry about running to the store to find the thread you need. Just check your mail and begin sewing right away!

FAQs

What does pre-printed pattern mean?

You are going to love this part ... the design is printed on a water soluble stabilizer. You simply peel the backing, stick the design to your background fabric and begin sewing! The stabilizer is very easy to pull your needle through ... especially if you use Tulip Needles! When you are done stitching your design, simply soak the stitchery in luke warm water and the stabilizer disappears. Once your fabric is dry you can iron it and wait for the next month to arrive!

What is included in this stitchery club?

We will send you the pre-printed Girl's Life Stitchery Design along with all the Sulky embroidery thread, the background fabric of your stitchery, border fabrics, and binding fabrics. The thread colors are nicely noted on the stitchery instructions along with the stitches used. We also provide monthly video tutorials with stitch tips, block assembly tips and more!

You will receive a different number of Sulky Embroidery Threads each month. We've averaged the price of the threads over the 13 months to keep the cost consistent. The thread colors we send you will never repeat. By the end of the year you will not only have the adorable Girl's Life Quilt, but you will also have an amazing thread collection of over 50 colors to use on all kinds of embroidery projects!

When will I be charged each month for this stitchery club?

You will be charged a $5.00 sign up fee today when you join. No item will shipped until your first renewal. Your monthly renewal will be automatically charged at $42.99 on the 1st of each month. Your first box will ship on the 1st of the month following your signup date. The club renews on the 1st of each month of each month and ship soon after. This is a 13 month program. The Girl's Life Club and membership fee are non-cancelable. (Due to high demand, your first kit may experience a delay in shipping on the 1st of the first month after your reservation date. The rest of your renewals will ship on or soon after the 1st of each month.)

How much is shipping in the United States?

Shipping is already included in the price of the Girl's Life Stitchery Club for memberships shipping within the United States.

Is international shipping available?

Unfortunately not. We've suspended our International Shipping due to extreme shipping delays and rising costs.

How much backing fabric is needed for the Girl's Life Quilt?

You will need 3 5/8 Yards of backing fabric for your Girl's Life Quilt. We recommend Swiss Dot on White Hot Pink by Riley Blake Designs.

How will I quilt my quilt?

Great question! You will complete your entire quilt top and then you can choose to quilt your quilt on your sewing machine or longarm, hand quilt, or send your quilt to a longarm quilter. After quilting is complete, you will attach your binding and a hanging sleeve if desired. Please note, this is not a Quilt as You Go project.
