Test Your Hoop Size for the I Smell Children Block of the Month

  1. Log in to your account at stitchesoflovequilting.com.

  2. Navigate to the Downloads section.

  3. Click on I Smell Children 8″ x 12″ Embroidery Hoop Size Test Files to download the ZIP file.

  4. Unzip the file, then copy the correct format for your machine onto a USB/thumb drive.

  5. Insert the USB into your embroidery machine and open the test file.

  6. Hoop a piece of scrap fabric or stabilizer and attach your hoop to the machine.

  7. Load any color thread.

  8. Stitch the design—it will sew one rectangle marking the maximum size required for the I Smell Children embroidery blocks.

✅ If the file stitches successfully, your 8″ x 12″ hoop is ready for I Smell Children!
