Block of the Month, Club and Order Policies
We strive to be your place of happiness and creativity and we want you to enjoy all the projects you complete with us.
When you join a Stitches of Love Block of the Month or Club, you agree that you have:
- Read what is included in each box. These details are located on the product description of every Block of the Month, Club or project listing.
- Read the machine/method requirements (IE sewing machine applique vs embroidery machine applique vs hand embroidery, etc) and are purchasing your desired version of the Block of the Month, Club or project. Please submit a support ticket if you have any questions before you purchase any Block of the Month, Club or project.
- Read the embroidery machine hoop requirements (if applicable) and have the proper hoop available for your embroidery machine. Most Block of the Month, Club and project hoop size requirements are 8” by 12”. Hoop requirements are located on the product description of every applicable Block of the Month, Club or project listing. A test file is also available for free.
- Submitted your correct personal data including name, email address, billing address, shipping address, etc.
- Submitted the correct quantity of Block of the Month, Club or items on your original order.
And will:
- Remain a member for the duration of your selected Block of the Month or Club. We ask that you not cancel your membership as we create an entire series of boxes for your project. Your cancellation leaves us with an incomplete Block of the Month Kit or Club that we cannot sell to anyone else.
- Keep your payment method current and updated.
- Keep Your address current and updated.
- Check all contents of your Block of the Month, Club or project and notify us of any errors within 30 days of delivery. We try very hard not to make any errors, but if we do we will correct them when notified promptly.
- Download your embroidery files (if applicable) each month and save them in a safe place that you can access yourself indefinitely. (Cloud storage such as Dropbox, Box, etc is recommended.) Your embroidery files are accessible at StitchesofLoveQuilting.com only while your Block of the Month or Club membership is active.
- Be kind to our amazing team of ladies and gentlemen when you reach out to support. (We are all people who want to help, no robots or AI bots work here!)
Address Change Policy
You can easily update your address within your account at StitchesofLoveQuilting.com. Simply click on My Account -> Addresses -> Edit (next to your billing or shipping address) Click the checkbox for Update the address for all of my subscriptions before saving.
Please update your address at least two weeks before your renewal to ensure your next box ships to the correct address. After renewal, check your email receipt to confirm the update.
If the address isn’t changed in time, your box will ship to the original address. USPS does not forward boxes, so you’ll need to contact your local post office to try to intercept it. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses due to missed updates.
Automatic Renewal Policy
Your Block of the Month or Club renews on a set day each month for a specific amount. Renewal details, including the date, amount, and sign-up fee, are listed on the product page and in your original email receipt. You’ll also receive a monthly renewal receipt for the length of your membership.
You can easily update your payment method within your account at StitchesofLoveQuilting.com. Simply click on My Account -> Subscriptions -> View -> Change Payment. Enter your new payment details on the checkout page. Click the checkbox for Update the payment method for all of my subscriptions before saving if you have more than one subscription.
If your payment failed and you need to update your payment information simply click on My Account -> Subscriptions -> View -> Scroll down to the most recent renewal listed and select Pay. Enter your payment info on the checkout page and your renewal will take place immediately. Update your payment info for other subscriptions that did not have a failed payment using the Change Payment method outlined above.
We aim to ship all Block of the Month or Club renewals within 5 business days of automatic renewal. Payments are securely processed through an automated system, and we do not have access to your card details. Your renewal secures your kit in the queue. For any delays due to high demand or material shortages, check updates on our Support page at StitchesofLoveQuilting.com under Support -> Block of the Month Category -> Shipping Updates. Thank you for understanding that despite careful planning, delays can still happen.
If your renewal payment fails, we’ll send 12 reminders over 7 days and contact you directly. After two missed renewals, you’ll be removed from the Block of the Month or Club, and we can’t guarantee future boxes if you rejoin.
If you miss 3 or fewer renewals, we can charge for and ship missed boxes. With 4 or more missed renewals, you’ll resume where you left off. Missed payments may extend your membership end date. No refunds are given for shipped boxes, and the sign-up fee is non-refundable.
If you order 2 or more of a Block of the Month or Club, we’ll contact you to confirm. If you don’t reply within 14 days or before the next renewal, your order will stay the same. No refunds will be issued.
Refused boxes or returned boxes are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you stay enrolled for the full Block of the Month or Club since each series is custom-made and cannot be resold if incomplete.
If you need a break, submit a Support Ticket to pause your membership for up to three months.
To cancel, do so at least two weeks before your next renewal. Cancellations after renewal (even the same day) will still be charged and shipped. No refunds or exceptions.
All payments, shipments, sign-up fees, embroidery file memberships, notions, threads, patterns, and pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Refused or returned boxes are also non-refundable.
Embroidery File Policy
Access your embroidery files by logging into your account on StitchesofLoveQuilting.com, clicking Memberships, and selecting your Block of the Month. Downloadable zip files for each block will be available (some blocks may not include embroidery files due to size).
You must know how to unzip files, select the correct file type, and transfer it to your USB or embroidery machine. You must have the hoop size listed in the product listing or your embroidery file(s) will not load properly onto your machine. Most machines will not even display a file if the proper size hoop is not attached to the arm of the machine or if your machine does not accept a large enough hoop. Contact your embroidery machine dealer if you need a larger hoop.
Available file types: dst, emd, exp, hus, jef, pes, vip, vp3, xxx.
Files are for personal use only. Sharing or reselling is prohibited and will be legally enforced. Customizations are allowed for personal use, but no support is provided for modified files.
No refunds on digital or embroidery files or related memberships.
Replacement Policy
Did you make a mistake while working on your project? We are happy to help! You can purchase a replacement Block of the Month or Club Box with a 10% discount or a replacement Welcome Kit for $19.99. (Subject to stock availability.)

We carefully audit every Block of the Month, Club, or project box to ensure quality. If an item is missing or incorrect, notify us within 30 days and we will make it right for you!
Shipping Policy
All orders from StitchesofLoveQuilting.com are shipped through USPS. Once your package leaves our hands, we rely on USPS to deliver your happy mail.
You’ll get a helpful email when your order ships with a clickable tracking number, order details, and ship date. We’ll also send a delivery confirmation so you know when it’s arrived—perfect if you’re away and need to check your mailbox or ask a friend to grab it for you!
USPS tracking is usually spot-on, but sometimes scans can be missed or delays happen. If your package seems slow, check your tracking or reach out to USPS for updates. If there’s no tracking movement for 14 business days, we’ll happily send a replacement with a return label. If the original arrives later and isn’t returned, we’ll need to charge for the extra box.
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office directly. They can provide details from your courier, like where the item was left or if it’s held for pickup. Visit USPS.com to find your post office, track packages, or report missing items.
You can also purchase a replacement Block of the Month or Club Box with a 10% discount. Replacement Welcome Kits are available for $19.99.
International Shipping is no longer offered due to rising costs, limited tracking and lost packages.
Refused boxes or returned boxes are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
General Policy
All Block of the Month and Club payments and shipments are final. No refunds will be given or returns accepted for any renewals prior to cancellation. All sign up fees are final. All sales on any embroidery file memberships are final.
All notions, threads and pattern sales are final, non-cancelable and non-refundable. All Pre-Order Sales are final, non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Block of the Month orders cannot be combined into one box. No discount is available for multiple orders of a specific or different Block of the Month, Club or any other order. Complete Block of the Month or Club boxes cannot be shipped at once or ahead of time.
A $20.00 fee will be charged to any person who files a credit card fraud report where Stitches of Love Quilting is found to be in the right, not the wrong.
Refused boxes or returned boxes are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
