When you join a Stitches of Love Block of the Month or Club, you agree that you have:
- ✅ Reviewed What’s Included – Each Block of the Month, Club, or project listing details exactly what comes in your box.
- ✅ Checked the Machine/Method Requirements – Ensure you are purchasing the correct version be is Sewing Machine Applique, Embroidery Machine Applique or Hand Embroidery.
- ✅ Read the Embroidery Hoop Requirements (If Applicable) – Most projects require an 8” x 12” hoop. Hoop requirements and a free test file are provided on the product page.
- ✅ Provided Correct Personal Information – Name, email, billing address, and shipping address must be accurate.
- ✅ Ordered the Correct Quantity – Verify the number of Block of the Month kits, Club memberships, or other items in your order.
By Joining, You Also Agree To:
- ✅ Remain a Member for the Full Duration – Each series is planned and produced in full. Cancellations leave incomplete kits that cannot be resold.
- ✅ Keep Your Payment and Address Updated – Ensure we can process your monthly shipments smoothly.
- ✅ Check Your Box Promptly – Report any missing or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
- ✅ Download and Store Your Embroidery Files (If Applicable) – Files are accessible on our website only while your membership is active. We recommend safe cloud storage (Dropbox, Box, etc.) for long-term access.
- ✅ Be Kind to Our Team – We’re real people who care deeply about helping you—no robots or AI bots here! 💛
- ✅ Every quilt is as unique as its maker! Completion and quality of the finished quilt depend upon your individual skills, techniques, and experience. We are always happy to help answer any questions you have along the way!
Address Change Policy
How to Update Your Address
You can quickly update your address anytime in your Stitches of Love account:
- Log in at StitchesofLoveQuilting.com.
- Click My Account → Addresses.
- Click Edit next to your Billing or Shipping address.
- Check the box for:
“Update the address for all of my subscriptions” - Save your updated address.
Important Timing Tips
- Update your address at least 2 weeks before your renewal date to ensure your next box ships correctly.
- After your renewal, check your email receipt to confirm the new address is listed.
If Your Miss the Update
- Your box will ship to the old address.
- USPS does not forward subscription boxes.
- If this happens, you’ll need to contact your local post office to attempt an intercept.
- Stitches of Love cannot replace or refund boxes sent to incorrect addresses due to missed updates.
Block of the Month and Club Renewals
Block of the Month and Club Renewals
- Your Block of the Month or Club subscription renews on a set day each month for a specific amount.
- Renewal details—including the date, amount, and sign-up fee—are listed: On the product page and In your original email receipt
- You’ll also receive a monthly renewal receipt for the duration of your membership.
Updating Your Payment Method
You can easily update your payment method anytime:
- Log in to StitchesofLoveQuilting.com
- Go to My Account → Subscriptions → View → Change Payment
- Enter your new payment details on the checkout page
- If you have multiple subscriptions, check the box: “Update the payment method for all of my subscriptions”
- Save your changes
If a Payment Fails
- Go to My Account → Subscriptions → View
- Scroll to the most recent renewal and select Pay
- Enter your new payment info and your renewal will process immediately.
- Update any other active subscriptions using the Change Payment method above.
We send 12 reminder emails over 7 days if a payment fails. After 2 missed renewals: Your membership is removed, and future boxes are not guaranteed if you rejoin. Missed payments may extend your membership end date.
No refunds are given for shipped boxes, and the sign-up fee is non-refundable.
Renewal and Shipping Timeline
- We aim to ship within 5 business days of each successful renewal.
- Payments are processed securely through our automated system—we do not have access to your card details.
- Your successful renewal secures your kit in the shipping queue.
- Shipping delays may occur due to high demand or material shortages. Check updates on our Support Page → Block of the Month → Shipping Updates
Multiple Subscriptions
- If you order 2+ of the same Block of the Month or Club, we’ll contact you for confirmation.
- If we don’t receive a reply within 14 days or before the next renewal, your order will remain as is.
- No refunds will be issued.
Refused or Returned Boxes
- Boxes returned or refused are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Membership Commitment
We ask that you remain enrolled for the full duration of your Block of the Month or Club. Each series is custom-made and cannot be resold if left incomplete.
Pausing Your Membership
Need a short break? Submit a Support Ticket to request a pause of up to 3 months for your membership.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before your next renewal date.
- If you cancel after renewal—even the same day—your box will still be charged and shipped.
- No refunds or exceptions will be made for late cancellations.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including:
- Monthly payments and sign-up fees
- Embroidery file memberships
- Notions, threads, patterns, and pre-orders
- Shipped Block of the Month or Club boxes
Refused or returned boxes are not eligible for a refund.

Embroidery File Policy
Accessing Your Embroidery Files
- Log in to StitchesofLoveQuilting.com
- Go to My Account → Memberships
- Select your Block of the Month
- Download the zip files for each block
Using Your Embroidery Files
- Unzip your files and select the correct file type for your machine.
- Transfer the files to your USB drive or embroidery machine.
- You must have the required hoop size listed in the product description: If your hoop is too small or not attached, files may not display or load on your machine. A Test File is available for free for each Block of the Month and Club. Please test your hoop before purchasing.
- If your machine does not support the required hoop size, contact your dealer for guidance.
Available File Types: dst, emd, exp, hus, jef, pes, vip, vp3, xxx
File Policy and Usage
- Files are for personal use only.
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing files is strictly prohibited and will be legally enforced.
- Customizations are allowed for personal use, but we do not provide support for modified files.
- No refunds on digital embroidery files or file-related memberships.
Replacement Policy
Did you make a mistake while working on your project? We are happy to help! You can purchase a replacement Block of the Month or Club Box with a 10% discount or a replacement Welcome Kit for $19.99. (Subject to stock availability.)

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping Your Happy Mail
- All Stitches of Love orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package leaves our hands, we rely on USPS to safely deliver your happy mail!
- You’ll receive a shipping email with: A clickable tracking number and Order details and ship date.
- We’ll also send a delivery confirmation email so you’ll know exactly when it arrives—perfect if you’re out of town or need a friend to grab your package.
Tracking and Delays
USPS tracking is generally reliable, but occasional missed scans or delays can happen.
- If your package seems slow, first check your tracking or contact USPS for updates.
- If there’s no movement for 15 BUSINESS days: We will send a replacement box with a return label. If the original arrives later and is not returned, the extra box will be charged.
Delivered but Missing?
If your tracking shows Delivered but your package isn’t in your mailbox:
- Contact your local post office directly. They can check with your carrier to see where it was left or if it’s held for pickup.
- Visit USPS.com to: Track packages, Locate your post office, Report missing mail.
Replacement Options
- Block of the Month or Club Box: Replacement available at 10% off.
- Welcome Kit: Replacement available for $19.99.
Additional Shipping Policies
- International Shipping is no longer offered due to: Rising costs, Limited tracking, Frequent lost packages.
- Refused or returned boxes are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
General Policy
Final Sales Policy
- All Block of the Month and Club payments and shipments are final.
- No refunds will be given and no returns will be accepted for any renewals made prior to cancellation.
- All sign-up fees are final and non-refundable.
- All embroidery file membership sales are final.
- All notions, threads, patterns, and pre-orders are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.
Order and Shipping Guidelines
- Block of the Month orders cannot be combined into one box
- No discounts are offered for: Multiple orders of the same Block of the Month or Club OR Orders for different Block of the Month or Club subscriptions.
- Complete series cannot be shipped at once or ahead of schedule.
Disputes and Fees
- A $25.00 fee will apply to any customer who files a credit card fraud report where Stitches of Love Quilting is found to be in the right.
- Refused or returned boxes are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
